Taking the idea from one of The Biggest Loser's Training Tips I had a creative workout today!
Take a deck of playing cards and assign different exercises to each suite.
- HEARTS= crunches
- CLUBS = Lunges
- DIAMONDS = squats
- SPADES= reverse lunges
In this work out you will have done...
- 85 crunches
- 85 lunges
- 85 squats
- 85 reverse lunges on each leg!!!
Working out can be fun if you mix it up!!!
