10 years ago Mike hit the jack pot when it came to getting a great roommate and a killer floor to live on. I don't know about you but I was scared to death to get looser roommates and have to live a whole year with bad habits, social awkwardness and poor judgment on their part!
Twas not the case for Mike D. He stepped into Freshman Paradise with the best group of guys ever assembled in a single ward. To this day we have kept in great contact with a handful of these guys and this weekend 8 of them including families all got together for a reunion of sorts!
I was lucky enough to know most of these guys myself! I did spend weekend after weekend visiting Mike at school! Over the years I have become good friends with the wives and watched all the little kids join the ever growing families making our little group swell and become all the more wonderful!
Freshman pranks seemed to be the topic of choice and trust me, this topic alone could fills hours of discussion! The ward talent show video made it's appearance and was a highlight of the night! I was reminded again why I fell in love with my Mike D. All the guys were a riot! Of course stealing the show was Clint and David's number! You would have to see it to appreciate it. Let's just say there was a Garth Brooks Black and white Cowboy shirt and a loin cloth involved!!!!
Sadly I didn't have my camera with us but it would have been a Kodak moment for sure! It was so great to catch up with all these guys and hear of all their success. We will for sure have to do it again soon!

So fun!Mike did get lucky...I think that's great you guys all still keep in contact! I hate when I forget my camera for the those fun times!
